If you contact us on our website or via e-mail, your data will be stored and processed in accordance with the requirements. They can be passed on to a third party in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Please note that in the context of cookies, our system stores our subscriber's IP data, buyer's name, address and availability for easier customer contact. These data are also required for the conclusion of a contract.
In case of a premature termination of the purchase process, the stored data will be deleted. In case of a contract, we will keep the data according to the statutory regulations (currently 7-10 years).
The customer's name, address, purchased products, and purchase date are stored until the end of product liability (currently 10 years). Data processing is done on the basis of consent and / or statutory requirements. (Pursuant to section 96 subsection (3) of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR) as well as section 6 subsection (1) of the GDPR.)
If you would like to use the newsletter service offered by us, you will need to provide us with your consent, as well as your name and e-mail address.
In order to deliver the requested newsletter, we will use the dual opt in procedure. (Opt-in: is a registration process, in which a user can ask for being included e.g. in the register of subscribers to the newsletter by providing certain data.) In doing so, the potential recipient can be included in the distribution list. The user will receive a confirmation e-mail to legally confirm the authorization. In case of confirmation, the given contact is actively included in the register.
Our newsletter software is currently Newsletter2Go. Your data will be forwarded to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is prohibited from selling and using your data for purposes other than sending newsletters. Newsletter2Go is a German, certified provider, which was selected according to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act. We reserve the right to change the newsletter software provider in the future, which can be done according to the above guidelines.
